The Occupancy Mobile App is a revolutionary tool that allows users to manage Occupancy data in the field: update building name and category information; record pre-fire data such as building construction type, building status, and occupancy load; and take and store digital pictures.
Our user-friendly Occupancy Module uses categories to group and customize building types, saves all records of a department’s buildings and occupancies under these categories, and saves or allows for modification of forms to accommodate every building type. All of the Occupancy tools – categories, forms, and settings – are user-defined to make it easier to fit to an individual department’s procedures.
Features:
• New Occupancy data, including pictures, automatically syncs to existing Emergency Reporting users’ accounts.
• Quickly find Occupancy records for nearby buildings using geo-location services.
• Easily update and edit data on the go from a smartphone or tablet.
• User-friendly interface allows for intuitive app navigation.
• All Occupancy data is encrypted on the device, and transferred securely when syncing to Emergency Reporting.
*At this time, the Application cannot accommodate DoD users who require CAC based authentication to retrieve data from Emergency Reporting.
